Social media has been flooded with images of the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi and his running partner Datti Baba-Ahmed interacting with traditional chiefs and religious leaders while in the north as part of the party’s ongoing campaign. They both met with the Emir of Bauchi, HRH Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, and HRH Nasiru Ado Bayero, the Emir of Bichi, according to images posted on Peter Obi’s Twitter account.
People have labeled the Labour Party’s presidential candidate as a sectional candidate who needs to connect with people all over the country, and as a result, the party is making headway in the North.
