18 year old lady killed after attending birthday party at hotel in Oyo
An 18-year-old lady, identified as Eniola, has been reportedly killed in a hotel (name withheld), at Iwo Road, in Ibadan North East Local Government area of Oyo State.

She was said to have left her house on Saturday night of October 1, 2022, with her friends for the birthday party.
In a viral video, the victim’s aged guardian, who was joined by other protesters at the entrance of the hotel, lamented their inability to see the hotel’s manager, saying, “this is the hotel where the party was held.”
“She (Eniola) has lost her parents. I am the one responsible for her well-being. I don’t have the premonition that her life will be cut short at a tender age.
“The hotelier should come out with the list of the lodgers and their various addresses. This will assist in tracking down the culprits.
“I don’t believe that my daughter is dead. She must be produced, hence the law will take its due course,” the woman said.
When contacted, the Oyo State Police spokesperson, Adewale Osifeso, said investigation is ongoing, adding that “update would be provided accordingly, please.”
