Nigerian Professor Who Wished Queen Elizabeth Painful Death Denies Supporting IPOB Involvement

Nigeria-born American professor, Uju Anya, has debunked the reports claiming that she is in support of any Biafra movement or the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

This now-deleted tweet caused an uproar on social media, causing prominent people to react, among them is the world’s second richest man, Jeff Bezos who tweeted, “This is someone who is supposedly working to make the world better? I don’t think so. Wow!”

According to a tweet made by her friend, Modupe Odele, on Anya’s behalf, she stated that her Twitter account has been suspended and she is not involved in any Nigerian politics or political movements as her picture is being used to attribute things to her that she didn’t say on social media.

The tweet read, “She does NOT have a Facebook account, so all the screenshots you are seeing are fake. She says to let you know she is not supporting any movement or independent Biafra or IPOB.

“She is not involved in any Nigerian politics or political movements. Her picture is being used to attribute things to her that she didn’t say.

“Yes you can still see her account but her access to it is current suspended,

“Hello everyone @UjuAnya is a good friend of mine and I have been speaking to her. Her twitter account has been suspended since Thursday so she asked me to get this out there.”
