NNPP Constitution States That Party's Founder, Aniebonam, Cannot Be Expelled – Dr. Agbo Major Reveals

Dr. Agbo Major, the Factional Acting National Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, has said that those who assembled in favour of Kwankwaso and suspended the NNPP’s founder, Aniebonam, did so against the party’s Constitution.

Dr. Agbo Major claims that Aniebonam is protected from being kicked out of the NNPP. He pointed out that Aniebonam has the power and the right to never be dismissed for even one minute thanks to clause 12 of the NNPP Constitution.

Dr. Agbo Major claimed that Buba Galadima, the Chieftain of the NNPP, and Kwankwaso, also members of the NNP for less than a year, are trying to expel the party’s founder, who cannot be expelled.

Agbo Major elaborated by saying that the NNPP BOT is second in the party’s hierarchy of power and that the NWC is fourth. Agbo Major claims that the NNPP’s BOT is superior to the NWC and that the latter lacks the authority to suspend Aniebonam because of this.
