Special assistant to former president, Muhammadu Buhari on Media, Bashir Ahmad has taken to social media to express concern, following a picture showing the moment Labour Party 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi established contact with Senate President, Godswill Akpabio which was shared online.

Recall that former Anambra State governor and Labour Party chieftain, Peter Obi had earlier on travelled to Kano state where he attended the marriage ceremony of the son of deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin.

However, in the pictures which were shared on the micro blogging platform, X, the businessman could be seen hanging out with Senator Godswill Akpabio, Senator Barau Jibrin and other colleagues of his at such ceremony.

And so Bashir Ahmad in reaction to such picture, took to his official X account to state that Peter Obi has just joined the real politics, adding that he is happy for him.

Bashir Ahmad wrote;

“Peter Obi attended wedding of Deputy Senate President’s son in Kano today. Peter has just joined the real politics, I am happy for him.”
