25% in FCT is compulsory, neither Atiku nor Tinubu had it; they fell short of the requirement – Dele Momodu

Atiku and Tinubu allegedly did not receive the necessary 25% of the vote in the FCT to win the presidency, as claimed by PDP leader and Nigerian journalist Dele Momodu.

In light of the fact that Atiku Abubakar’s presidential campaign failed to win a majority of the popular vote in at least two-thirds of the states comprising the federation, Seun Okinbaloye wanted to know what Dele Momodu would say about his principal in a podcast interview.

According to Dele Momodu, Seun is well aware of Atiku Abubakar’s plans to use the legal system to recapture 21 states. He went on to clarify his stance by saying he had no issue with people employing slang to purposely mislead others.

Both Atiku and Tinubu fell short of the 25% threshold in FCT, hence they were ineligible. You can tell I no longer harbour any preconceived notions. Now I’ll get to my first major criticism.

He argued that everyone else was merely whining about Tinubu and had nothing to worry about. Since he is neither an attorney nor a judge, he argued, the latter should make the determination.

The election’s outcome is still uncertain based on this evidence. If I had to make a call, I’d say to play it again. I’ve come around to your point of view.

If you have 31 seconds, watch this!
