The Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, has officially declared his intention to succeed President Buhari come 2023. The popular Minister has now joined hosts of top presidential aspirants in the All Progressives Congress.
Ngige made it clear that he wants to see a prosperous, joined together and fair Nigeria in 2023. The Minister announced his Presidential aspiration while tending to a large group at St. Mary’ s Catholic Church Alor, Idemili South nearby government area of Anambra State, on Tuesday.
The previous legislative head of the state said he was exceptional as a minister because of his 40 years of involvement with the public help. Ngige said he has an enormous abundance of involvement, limit and energy as well as a huge heart to oblige the distinctions among Nigerians.
Chris Ngige believes he is in pole position to succeed President Buhari come 2023. Considering his wealth of experience and what is required to revive the country in 2023, Ngige might just be the perfect match for the presidential position.
Would Chris Ngige manage to clinch APC presidential ticket?
This is quite difficult to navigate especially when you consider the calibre of aspirants eyeing the party’ s presidential ticket. We can’ t possibly overlook the influence Chris Ngige enjoys in the All Progressives Congress.
At the same time, the likes of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Osinbajo, Rochas Okorocha, and some other top aspirants are more likely going to clinch the party’ s presidential ticket due to their activeness in the Nigerian political scene recently. We would keep our fingers crossed and see how events unfold at the primaries.
