A 21-YEAR-OLD MAN STEALS BOSS CAR TO FACILITATE RELOCATION ABROAD

A male, age 21. The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) officers have detained Temple Samuel for stealing his boss’s automobile, selling it, and using the money from the sale to travel abroad in search of better opportunities.

Temple stole one iPhone X and one iPhone 13, in addition to the car, and then transferred N75,000 from his boss’ bank account. At the time they were discussing the purchase of the Lexus ES 330 automobile with him, his conspirators were detained. The conspirators were Joshua Agboche, 37, Benjamin Bassey, 32, and Chukwuemeka Okorie, 29.

When questioned, Temple, who was the boss’s car wash attendant, admitted that he had been toying with the notion of utilizing the money from the sale of the automobile for trip abroad for a few weeks.

He claimed that when his boss was sleeping on Saturday at 12 a.m., he drove the automobile from Egbeda to his friend Bassey’s house in Ikeja. He continued, “They’re in.”
