There Are Some Days I Regret Marrying My Husband, I Don't Love Him All The Time- Omotola Jalade

Popular talented nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde in an interview with @withchude has disclosed several reasons she is happily married to her husband till date.

The gorgeous actress got married to the love of her life, Captain Mathew Ekeinde in 1996 and together they have four children.

Omotola began by noting that they became partners because she chose to make that journey with him and vice versa, adding that with it without her husband she will still continue her journey, and with or without her, her husband will still continue his journey.

Speaking further, Omotola disclosed she isn’t with her husband because she loves him all the time but because God has given her a mandate to be by his side and vice versa, stating that anytime she isn’t so much in love with her husband, she reports him to God.

While advising other couples and those who are yet to get married, Omotola Jalade said there’s no perfect marriage, adding that trying to build a perfect marriage has led to so many broken homes.

In her words, she said “There are some days I wake up and regret why I married my husband wondering why I chose him over every other person but that doesn’t mean I don’t love him anymore”

“I’m not with him because I have to be with him but because I chose to be with him, same with my husband. We respect each other’s space, choices and wholesomeness”.
