2 million that was given to Senators is not a big deal, it is even too small- Aderinokun

The People Democratic Party (PDP) Senatorial candidate for Ogun East, Ogun State in the February 25 general election, Chief David Olumide Aderinokun, has joined several others to react to the recent N2 million doled out to Nigerian serving Senators to take home for an holiday.

Aderinokun made this known his official Twitter handle, stating that, the two million was not a big deal, and that it was too small for a Senator.

“The 2m that was given to Senators isn’t a big deal. It is even too small for a Senator.” Said, Aderinokun.

He said further that, what can a family man do with two million naira (N2m) which is equivalent to 2000 dollars.

According to Aderinokun, why are we making the two million naira a big deal?

He added that, the Senators shouldn’t have made it known to the general public.

“Why are we making it a big deal. But they shouldn’t have made it public. Making it public is a bit insensitive to plight of Nigerians.” Aderinokun said.

What are your reactions to Chief Aderinokun’s summation on the N2 million doled out to Nigerian serving Senators to take home for an holiday?
